Our plants are of the highest organic quality when they leave our nursery and are ready for transplant. However, there are too many factors outside our control to guarantee long term survival like your neighbour’s dog, insect infestation, or kept in the wrong place for too long etc, however we are always here to help. If your plants arrived looking weak and frail, please inform us immediately within 24 hours by email sending us your order number, date of arrival, description of the problem and photos. Remember, plants may experience a little wear in their travels so expect a yellow leaf or two, and it’s not unusual to find a broken stem as well. Plants will usually always perk up with the proper care. As mentioned above, because once you plant your plant there are so many factors out of our control, we cannot offer an replacement for plants that arrived in poor condition unless we are notified by email within 24 hours of delivery. We want you to be satisfied and happy with your plants grown at home. Its your responsibility to find the right home for your pants, to provide enough water and sun while ensuring the ground is organically fertile, to protect them from extreme weather and to plant them in a timely manner. In return, your plants will bring you the happiness that only gardeners know.
